近日,在河(he)北省邢臺市金泉(quan)大街上跨京廣(guang)鐵路(lu)施工(gong)現場,長(chang)130米、寬41米、重(zhong)20031噸的(de)(de)梁(liang)體(ti)(ti),在55分鐘內轉體(ti)(ti)79度,順利跨越京廣(guang)鐵路(lu)后精準就位,標志著(zhu)由中國鐵建(jian)所屬中鐵十四局承建(jian)的(de)(de)國內跨京廣(guang)鐵路(lu)最大轉體(ti)(ti)橋成功(gong)轉體(ti)(ti),有效填補了(le)國內超大幅(fu)寬單(dan)墩雙肢T構轉體(ti)(ti)橋梁(liang)施工(gong)領域的(de)(de)空白,為同類工(gong)程提供參(can)考。同時,此橋這也是目前(qian)國內最寬、最重(zhong)的(de)(de)單(dan)墩雙肢轉體(ti)(ti)橋。
京(jing)廣鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路是(shi)我(wo)國南北(bei)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路交通主(zhu)動脈,行車(che)密(mi)度大(da)(da),平均(jun)每5分鐘就有一趟列車(che)通過。該橋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)體結構施(shi)工(gong)(gong)距離鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路既有線僅7.6米,安(an)全風險高,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)難度大(da)(da)。為(wei)最(zui)大(da)(da)程度減少對列車(che)運行的影(ying)響,中(zhong)國鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建采(cai)取水平轉(zhuan)(zhuan)體法施(shi)工(gong)(gong),在沿鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路線方向東(dong)側現澆筑130米T構箱(xiang)梁,并在橋墩下方安(an)裝一臺重(zhong)21噸(dun)的“轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動裝置”,利用鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路“天窗(chuang)點(dian)”轉(zhuan)(zhuan)體后,再(zai)搭設滿(man)堂支架(jia)現澆5米連接段(duan),實現合龍(long)。并為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)體成(cheng)功,中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十四局建立了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)BIM管理平臺,通過BIM技(ji)術(shu)建模的可視化優(you)勢,解決施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)遇到的難題。
