10月18日,京杭運河首條千(qian)噸級試(shi)點純電(dian)動(dong)運輸(shu)船“中天電(dian)運001”在常州江(jiang)蘇金洋(yang)造船有限公司碼(ma)頭下水。
該船由鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)與超(chao)級電(dian)(dian)容“雙電(dian)(dian)”驅動,整(zheng)船電(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量1458千瓦(wa)時(shi),采(cai)用常州供電(dian)(dian)公(gong)司投資建設的靠(kao)岸(an)充電(dian)(dian)設施充電(dian)(dian)2.5小時(shi),可(ke)續(xu)航50千米,主要用于中天鋼鐵碼(ma)頭(tou)到(dao)連江橋(qiao)碼(ma)頭(tou)的礦渣運輸(shu)。
目(mu)前國內90%以上的水運船舶(bo)(bo)采用柴(chai)油(you)動(dong)力(li)做推進系統,存在燃(ran)油(you)成本高、噪(zao)音(yin)大(da)、污染嚴重等問(wen)題。相比燃(ran)油(you)船舶(bo)(bo),電動(dong)船舶(bo)(bo)零排放(fang)(fang)、零污染、低振動(dong)、低噪(zao)音(yin),可(ke)大(da)幅減少二(er)氧(yang)化碳、氮(dan)氧(yang)化物等廢氣的排放(fang)(fang),改善空氣質(zhi)量和河道水質(zhi)。
2018年,常(chang)(chang)州(zhou)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)廣泛調研國內(nei)(nei)電(dian)(dian)動船(chuan)舶(bo)前沿技(ji)術(shu),前后7次(ci)與(yu)多家企業磋(cuo)商對接,實(shi)測燃油(you)貨(huo)船(chuan)數(shu)據,組織多次(ci)技(ji)術(shu)認(ren)證,充分(fen)征求相(xiang)關部門意見,推(tui)動純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動運輸船(chuan)項(xiang)目落地(di)實(shi)施(shi)。2018年12月,中天鋼鐵集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)、上海(hai)瑞華(hua)集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)與(yu)常(chang)(chang)州(zhou)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)簽訂三方(fang)合作協議,采用(yong)市場化方(fang)式建設運營千噸(dun)級(ji)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動運輸船(chuan)。根(gen)據協議內(nei)(nei)容,中天鋼鐵集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)出(chu)資建設船(chuan)體,上海(hai)瑞華(hua)集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)提供(gong)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動運輸船(chuan)舶(bo)動力技(ji)術(shu)和(he)電(dian)(dian)池租(zu)賃(lin),常(chang)(chang)州(zhou)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)投(tou)資建設岸(an)電(dian)(dian)充電(dian)(dian)設施(shi)。
目(mu)前(qian)(qian),常州供電公司(si)已在雪堰華渡水上服(fu)務(wu)區建(jian)設充電樁14處。按目(mu)前(qian)(qian)柴油6.5元(yuan)/升(sheng)、10千(qian)伏(fu)一(yi)般工商業電價(jia)0.65元(yuan)/千(qian)瓦時估算(suan),純電動船舶與燃油船舶相比(bi),單位里程可節省75%的用能成(cheng)本。
