10月(yue)8日,長(chang)江(jiang)三(san)(san)峽(xia)壩區岸(an)電(dian)(dian)實驗區仙人橋靠(kao)船墩、沙灣錨地丁靠(kao)岸(an)電(dian)(dian)示范項目先(xian)后(hou)接電(dian)(dian)成功,有效解決了集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)、滾裝(zhuang)船靠(kao)船墩停靠(kao)時江(jiang)心接電(dian)(dian),集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)、干散(san)貨船直立式碼頭(tou)和斜(xie)坡道遠(yuan)距離岸(an)基供電(dian)(dian)等難(nan)題,標志著長(chang)江(jiang)三(san)(san)峽(xia)壩區岸(an)電(dian)(dian)實驗區自此全面投運。
今年4月26日,長(chang)江全流(liu)域岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)全覆蓋推進會在湖北省(sheng)宜昌市召開(kai)。按(an)照“先(xian)(xian)易后(hou)難(nan)、先(xian)(xian)客后(hou)貨”的(de)原(yuan)則,長(chang)江三(san)峽壩(ba)區岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)實驗區秭(zi)歸港岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目及長(chang)江三(san)峽通航(hang)服務區岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目先(xian)(xian)后(hou)建設投運,運營情況(kuang)良好。在前期岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目建設基礎上,國(guo)網(wang)宜昌供電(dian)(dian)公(gong)司(si)組織(zhi)人員對余下的(de)靠(kao)船墩和丁靠(kao)兩個岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目展開(kai)攻關。
仙人橋靠(kao)船墩(dun)(dun)、沙灣(wan)錨地丁靠(kao)岸(an)電(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)位于(yu)長江三峽壩區核心水域,主要為(wei)過(guo)往滾裝船、集裝箱(xiang)船等船舶待閘時提供(gong)(gong)岸(an)電(dian)。沙灣(wan)丁靠(kao)系泊項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)采用(yong)靠(kao)岸(an)固定(ding)式供(gong)(gong)電(dian)系統(tong),為(wei)了(le)(le)解(jie)決不同(tong)高(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)丁靠(kao)系泊的(de)(de)干散貨船接電(dian)問題,宜昌供(gong)(gong)電(dian)公(gong)司采用(yong)分(fen)級(ji)設置(zhi)方式,將可移動(dong)式岸(an)電(dian)接口箱(xiang)隨(sui)水位變化放置(zhi)在(zai)不同(tong)高(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)工作平臺上(shang),解(jie)決了(le)(le)電(dian)纜上(shang)船的(de)(de)難題。靠(kao)船墩(dun)(dun)岸(an)電(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)采用(yong)離岸(an)固定(ding)式供(gong)(gong)電(dian)系統(tong),船舶停(ting)靠(kao)后可通過(guo)掃描二維(wei)(wei)碼(ma)的(de)(de)方式實(shi)現岸(an)電(dian)啟停(ting)。同(tong)時,該公(gong)司聯合技(ji)術單位創(chuang)新研制了(le)(le)遠(yuan)程(cheng)(cheng)調控手機APP,通過(guo)手機遠(yuan)程(cheng)(cheng)遙(yao)控接口箱(xiang)升降,切實(shi)便(bian)于(yu)運維(wei)(wei)和智能化操(cao)作,方便(bian)了(le)(le)岸(an)電(dian)設施的(de)(de)安全維(wei)(wei)護。
截至10月(yue)8日,三(san)峽壩區為1225艘(sou)次客貨船舶(bo)接用(yong)(yong)岸電,用(yong)(yong)電量335.1萬千瓦(wa)時,替代燃油(you)787.5噸(dun),減少各類有害物排放(fang)2513.25噸(dun)。經(jing)測算,與柴油(you)發電相比,船舶(bo)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)岸電用(yong)(yong)能成本下降了三(san)分之一(yi)。
