9月27日,由中國鐵建(jian)(jian)(jian)所(suo)屬中鐵十四(si)局三公(gong)司承建(jian)(jian)(jian)的福(fu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)省在(zai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)最大互通式立交橋——寧(ning)古高速(su)(su)公(gong)路六都樞紐(niu)互通式立交橋建(jian)(jian)(jian)成通車(che),沈海復(fu)線高速(su)(su)、寧(ning)古高速(su)(su)及寧(ning)德城區之(zhi)間實現完美對(dui)接,形成了便捷的交通流轉換。
該項目是(shi)福(fu)建省(sheng)重點(dian)工(gong)程(cheng),也是(shi)服務(wu)上(shang)汽集團(tuan)寧(ning)德(de)基地的配套(tao)項目,位于福(fu)建省(sheng)寧(ning)德(de)市蕉城(cheng)區(qu)六都村附近,共設匝(za)道11條、連接線1條,總長8029米(mi),4次上(shang)跨、1次下穿既有(you)高速公路,為國內少見的小半(ban)徑、大坡度、復合式曲線匝(za)道橋,架梁(liang)最大縱坡為3.7%,是(shi)正常架梁(liang)坡度的兩倍。施工(gong)工(gong)藝要求高,架梁(liang)工(gong)作任務(wu)艱巨,與同為福(fu)建省(sheng)重點(dian)項目北山區(qu)域西林(lin)校區(qu)配套(tao)的鑒湖(hu)路工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)相(xiang)互干擾,增(zeng)加了項目的施工(gong)復雜性。

建設者在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中不等不靠,“大干晴(qing)天、搶干陰天、巧干雨天”,嚴把安(an)全關、質量(liang)關,采(cai)取早班和晚班工(gong)(gong)作制(zhi)度,避開高溫施(shi)工(gong)(gong),咬(yao)住(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)目標(biao),細化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)序,根據工(gong)(gong)程數量(liang)及特點,合理調配施(shi)工(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)、機械設備,嚴格落實獎罰機制(zhi),確保了各節點目標(biao)的順利完成。
據項目(mu)經理(li)李(li)保印介紹,面對復(fu)雜(za)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)環(huan)境和技(ji)術(shu)難題(ti),項目(mu)部采用BIM建模、智能(neng)張拉壓漿(jiang)系統、螺旋管貝雷梁(liang)支架及變形監控與預警體(ti)系等(deng)工(gong)藝(yi)工(gong)法(fa),解決(jue)了(le)匝道橋建設(she)難題(ti);為確保制架梁(liang)任(ren)務(wu)的(de)圓滿完成,六(liu)都(dou)互通橋梁(liang)拼寬段設(she)置(zhi)了(le)跨墩龍門提梁(liang)機(ji),配合多臺大噸位汽車(che)吊和架梁(liang)機(ji)聯合作業(ye),解決(jue)了(le)運梁(liang)通道修筑(zhu)困難、險峻的(de)地理(li)形勢和施(shi)工(gong)干擾等(deng)問題(ti);施(shi)工(gong)中采用了(le)砂(sha)石(shi)分離機(ji)、脈(mo)沖(chong)式除塵器(qi)、智能(neng)焊接機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)等(deng)設(she)備,制定(ding)了(le)環(huan)境保護及水土保持管理(li)辦法(fa),使整個互通與周邊(bian)的(de)蒼山翠嶺渾然一體(ti),起(qi)到(dao)了(le)良好的(de)環(huan)境保護成效(xiao)。
此(ci)外,項(xiang)目(mu)部黨(dang)支(zhi)部在(zai)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)過程中(zhong)堅持“抓(zhua)黨(dang)建(jian)從工(gong)(gong)作出發,抓(zhua)工(gong)(gong)作從黨(dang)建(jian)入手”,落實福建(jian)省黨(dang)建(jian)標準化工(gong)(gong)作要(yao)求,以“6432”創建(jian)體系為準繩,支(zhi)部建(jian)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)地(di)上,黨(dang)旗飄在(zai)崗位(wei)上,黨(dang)員同志(zhi)沖鋒在(zai)前,班子成(cheng)員劃定責任區(qu),頂(ding)住寧古高速六(liu)都互通(tong)(tong)快(kuai)速推進的施工(gong)(gong)壓力,實現了(le)黨(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)作與中(zhong)心工(gong)(gong)作的深度融合,確保了(le)寧古六(liu)都互通(tong)(tong)的順利通(tong)(tong)車。

據悉,寧古(gu)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)工程是(shi)福(fu)建省高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)網規(gui)劃(2016-2030年)“第(di)二橫”寧德至光澤高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)的(de)重要組成(cheng)部分,建成(cheng)后將進一步完善福(fu)建省高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)網,對構建福(fu)建省東北部沿海地(di)區通往內陸(lu)新通道,拓(tuo)展三都澳港區內陸(lu)腹地(di),促進沿線(xian)資源開發及經濟(ji)社會協調發展具有(you)重要意義。
