2019年2月(yue)(yue)15日(ri),中國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家航天(tian)局、中國(guo)(guo)科(ke)學院(yuan)和國(guo)(guo)際天(tian)文學聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合會(hui)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合召開新(xin)聞發(fa)布會(hui),向全世界(jie)發(fa)布嫦娥(e)(e)四(si)號著陸(lu)區域月(yue)(yue)球地(di)(di)理實(shi)體命(ming)(ming)(ming)名(ming)(ming)。2019年2月(yue)(yue)4日(ri),國(guo)(guo)際天(tian)文學聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合會(hui)(IAU)批準了利用探月(yue)(yue)工(gong)程嫦娥(e)(e)二(er)號和嫦娥(e)(e)四(si)號高分辨月(yue)(yue)面影像數據申報(bao)的嫦娥(e)(e)四(si)號著陸(lu)點及其附近5個(ge)月(yue)(yue)球地(di)(di)理實(shi)體命(ming)(ming)(ming)名(ming)(ming):嫦娥(e)(e)四(si)號著陸(lu)點命(ming)(ming)(ming)名(ming)(ming)為(wei)天(tian)河(he)基(ji)地(di)(di);著陸(lu)點周圍呈三(san)角形排列的三(san)個(ge)環(huan)形坑(keng),分別命(ming)(ming)(ming)名(ming)(ming)為(wei)織女、河(he)鼓和天(tian)津(jin);著陸(lu)點所(suo)在馮·卡門坑(keng)內的中央峰命(ming)(ming)(ming)名(ming)(ming)為(wei)泰(tai)山。這是我國(guo)(guo)月(yue)(yue)球探測工(gong)程科(ke)學數據成果在月(yue)(yue)球地(di)(di)理實(shi)體命(ming)(ming)(ming)名(ming)(ming)上(shang)的又一次重要應用。

天河在(zai)中(zhong)國古(gu)代(dai)是對銀(yin)河的一(yi)種別(bie)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),其在(zai)中(zhong)文中(zhong)又(you)可(ke)隱喻“開創天之先河”,與嫦娥四(si)號(hao)(hao)于北京時間2019年1月(yue)(yue)(yue)3日10時26分成(cheng)功降落在(zai)月(yue)(yue)(yue)球背(bei)面實現世(shi)界首次月(yue)(yue)(yue)背(bei)軟著陸(lu)及巡視勘察開創了人類月(yue)(yue)(yue)球探測(ce)歷史上的先河相契合。根據IAU的命名(ming)(ming)(ming)慣例,著陸(lu)點名(ming)(ming)(ming)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之前需加一(yi)個拉丁詞語Statio,因此(ci)命名(ming)(ming)(ming)嫦娥四(si)號(hao)(hao)著陸(lu)點的名(ming)(ming)(ming)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為天河基地(di)(di)(Statio Tianhe)。目(mu)前只(zhi)有Apollo 11著陸(lu)點名(ming)(ming)(ming)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)靜海基地(di)(di)(Statio Tranquillitatis)和嫦娥四(si)號(hao)(hao)著陸(lu)點的名(ming)(ming)(ming)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)天河基地(di)(di)(Statio Tianhe)享(xiang)有基地(di)(di)(Statio)這一(yi)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)號(hao)(hao)。

織女(nv)(nv)(nv)、河(he)(he)鼓(gu)和(he)天(tian)(tian)津均為我(wo)國古代(dai)天(tian)(tian)文星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)圖“三(san)垣四象二(er)十八宿(su)”中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)官,其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)織女(nv)(nv)(nv)和(he)河(he)(he)鼓(gu)屬(shu)于(yu)(yu)二(er)十八宿(su)的(de)(de)牛(niu)(niu)(niu)宿(su),天(tian)(tian)津屬(shu)于(yu)(yu)二(er)十八宿(su)的(de)(de)女(nv)(nv)(nv)宿(su)。三(san)個星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)官分(fen)別位(wei)于(yu)(yu)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)座劃(hua)分(fen)的(de)(de)天(tian)(tian)琴座、天(tian)(tian)鷹座和(he)天(tian)(tian)鵝座,三(san)個星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)座所包含最亮(liang)的(de)(de)恒(heng)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)分(fen)別為織女(nv)(nv)(nv)一(yi)(俗(su)(su)稱(cheng)織女(nv)(nv)(nv)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing))、河(he)(he)鼓(gu)二(er)(俗(su)(su)稱(cheng)牛(niu)(niu)(niu)郎星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing))和(he)天(tian)(tian)津四,這(zhe)三(san)顆(ke)明亮(liang)的(de)(de)恒(heng)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)了著名(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)“夏季大(da)三(san)角”,命名(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)織女(nv)(nv)(nv)、河(he)(he)鼓(gu)和(he)天(tian)(tian)津在(zai)月面上近似再現(xian)(xian)了這(zhe)一(yi)天(tian)(tian)文現(xian)(xian)象。七夕夜(ye)晚(wan)的(de)(de)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)圖中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),織女(nv)(nv)(nv)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)位(wei)于(yu)(yu)銀河(he)(he)的(de)(de)西側(ce),與(yu)東側(ce)的(de)(de)牛(niu)(niu)(niu)郎星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)隔銀河(he)(he)遙遙相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui),天(tian)(tian)津四則(ze)位(wei)于(yu)(yu)北(bei)方位(wei)置,處于(yu)(yu)銀河(he)(he)之中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。天(tian)(tian)津作(zuo)為古代(dai)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)官其寓意為“銀河(he)(he)渡口,跨(kua)越銀河(he)(he)的(de)(de)橋梁”,在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國古代(dai)神話(hua)傳說(shuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)為護送牛(niu)(niu)(niu)郎織女(nv)(nv)(nv)的(de)(de)仙女(nv)(nv)(nv)。天(tian)(tian)河(he)(he)、織女(nv)(nv)(nv)、河(he)(he)鼓(gu)和(he)天(tian)(tian)津這(zhe)四個名(ming)(ming)稱(cheng)與(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)繼星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)“鵲橋”名(ming)(ming)稱(cheng)相(xiang)(xiang)呼應,組成(cheng)(cheng)了高度關聯、內(nei)涵(han)豐富、情節完整的(de)(de)名(ming)(ming)稱(cheng)體(ti)系。

泰(tai)山(shan)(shan)以我國(guo)五岳(yue)之首山(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)境內(nei)的(de)泰(tai)山(shan)(shan)而命(ming)名,位于嫦娥四號著陸點(dian)西(xi)北方向(xiang)約46公里處,其“海(hai)拔”高度為-4305米,相對馮·卡門坑面高度約為1565米。泰(tai)山(shan)(shan)是我國(guo)首次獲得的(de)“山(shan)(shan)”類月球地理實體名稱的(de)自(zi)主命(ming)名,這(zhe)也是自(zi)1985年后33年的(de)時間(jian)里IAU再一次批(pi)準命(ming)名“山(shan)(shan)”這(zhe)一類月球地理實體名稱。

月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)地(di)理(li)(li)(li)實(shi)體命(ming)名活動(dong)(dong)始于(yu)17世紀(ji)(ji)初期的(de)(de)(de)歐洲,后(hou)來(lai)轉移(yi)到(dao)20世紀(ji)(ji)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)觀測和探測活動(dong)(dong)較多的(de)(de)(de)美國(guo)(guo)和蘇聯。目前(qian),月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)地(di)理(li)(li)(li)實(shi)體命(ming)名的(de)(de)(de)管理(li)(li)(li)和審批(pi)(pi)是由世界各國(guo)(guo)公(gong)認的(de)(de)(de)權(quan)威天(tian)文學術組織——IAU負責。月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)地(di)理(li)(li)(li)實(shi)體的(de)(de)(de)命(ming)名必須遵循IAU的(de)(de)(de)各種(zhong)規(gui)則和程序,并且任何研(yan)究者都(dou)有權(quan)基于(yu)科學研(yan)究的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要向IAU申(shen)報月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)地(di)理(li)(li)(li)實(shi)體的(de)(de)(de)命(ming)名。繼2010年(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)和2015年(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)我國(guo)(guo)分別獲(huo)得IAU批(pi)(pi)復的(de)(de)(de)嫦(chang)(chang)娥(e)一號和嫦(chang)(chang)娥(e)三號著(zhu)陸(lu)區地(di)理(li)(li)(li)實(shi)體名稱后(hou),我國(guo)(guo)于(yu)2019年(nian)1月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)第三次(ci)向IAU提出了嫦(chang)(chang)娥(e)四(si)號月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)地(di)理(li)(li)(li)實(shi)體命(ming)名的(de)(de)(de)申(shen)請,并于(yu)2019年(nian)2月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)4日獲(huo)得IAU批(pi)(pi)準(zhun),三次(ci)自(zi)主申(shen)請命(ming)名獲(huo)批(pi)(pi)的(de)(de)(de)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)地(di)理(li)(li)(li)實(shi)體名稱共計(ji)12個。

月(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)地理(li)實體(ti)命(ming)名(ming)能(neng)從(cong)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)側(ce)面(mian)(mian)反映一(yi)(yi)個(ge)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)在月(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)探(tan)測及其科(ke)學(xue)研究工作上所取(qu)得(de)(de)(de)的(de)成(cheng)績(ji),體(ti)現了一(yi)(yi)個(ge)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)的(de)綜合(he)實力和(he)科(ke)學(xue)技(ji)術(shu)發展(zhan)水平。我國(guo)(guo)利用(yong)探(tan)月(yue)(yue)工程嫦(chang)娥(e)二(er)號(hao)和(he)嫦(chang)娥(e)四(si)號(hao)高分辨月(yue)(yue)面(mian)(mian)影像數(shu)據申(shen)報(bao)嫦(chang)娥(e)四(si)號(hao)月(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)地理(li)實體(ti)的(de)命(ming)名(ming)獲得(de)(de)(de)批準(zhun)(zhun),是對嫦(chang)娥(e)四(si)號(hao)任務開創人類先河偉大壯舉的(de)紀念,是開展(zhan)嫦(chang)娥(e)四(si)號(hao)科(ke)學(xue)研究與應用(yong)所取(qu)得(de)(de)(de)的(de)又一(yi)(yi)項(xiang)重要原創性(xing)成(cheng)果,也是我國(guo)(guo)對世界(jie)月(yue)(yue)球(qiu)(qiu)探(tan)測的(de)又一(yi)(yi)貢獻(xian),為國(guo)(guo)內外科(ke)學(xue)家(jia)開展(zhan)科(ke)學(xue)研究和(he)學(xue)術(shu)交流提(ti)供了位(wei)置標準(zhun)(zhun)及基(ji)礎數(shu)據。
