近日,中交一(yi)公(gong)局集團承建的(de)北京地(di)(di)鐵8號線(xian)(xian)6標項目通(tong)(tong)過土建、區間(jian)、軌(gui)行區、裝修等全(quan)部單位工程驗(yan)收,達到全(quan)功(gong)能通(tong)(tong)車(che)標準,為(wei)北京地(di)(di)鐵8號線(xian)(xian)全(quan)線(xian)(xian)通(tong)(tong)車(che)奠定(ding)了堅實基礎。

北(bei)(bei)京地(di)鐵8號線南(nan)起東城區(qu)南(nan)鑼鼓巷站(zhan),北(bei)(bei)至(zhi)昌(chang)平(ping)區(qu)朱(zhu)辛莊站(zhan),縱貫南(nan)北(bei)(bei)中軸(zhou)線路(lu),全長45.6公里,設35座車站(zhan)。一公局集團承建的6標項目涉及永定門(men)外站(zhan)和永定門(men)外站(zhan)至(zhi)木樨園橋北(bei)(bei)站(zhan)區(qu)間(jian)。

永(yong)定門(men)外站(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)換乘(cheng)車站(zhan)(zhan),該(gai)區域地(di)下(xia)(xia)水(shui)(shui)系極度發達,被稱為(wei)北(bei)京(jing)地(di)鐵(tie)建設史上“最難(nan)明挖(wa)車站(zhan)(zhan)”。項目(mu)(mu)團隊選擇對(dui)(dui)環(huan)境影響最小,但難(nan)度最大的(de)“水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)開挖(wa)”施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方法,在(zai)(zai)全(quan)國地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)尚屬首例。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)期間,由于近半(ban)車站(zhan)(zhan)結構始終浸(jin)泡水(shui)(shui)中(zhong),70多(duo)名潛水(shui)(shui)員在(zai)(zai)16米(mi)多(duo)深水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)作業3個多(duo)月。截(jie)至永(yong)定門(men)外站(zhan)(zhan)封頂,項目(mu)(mu)部共節(jie)約地(di)下(xia)(xia)水(shui)(shui)資(zi)源(yuan)8000萬立方米(mi),相當(dang)于6個杭州西湖的(de)蓄水(shui)(shui)總量(liang)。永(yong)木區間從永(yong)定門(men)外站(zhan)(zhan)始發,始發端為(wei)富水(shui)(shui)砂卵石地(di)層,始發工(gong)(gong)作面(mian)位(wei)于地(di)下(xia)(xia)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)下(xia)(xia)12米(mi)處(chu)。為(wei)了應(ying)對(dui)(dui)地(di)下(xia)(xia)水(shui)(shui)突(tu)涌(yong),項目(mu)(mu)團隊采用全(quan)密閉鋼(gang)套(tao)筒(tong)始發工(gong)(gong)藝確保始發安全(quan),這在(zai)(zai)北(bei)京(jing)地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)屬首次應(ying)用。
