長江南京以下12.5米深水航道工程全線貫通

5月8日,由中交(jiao)上航(hang)(hang)局(ju)、天航(hang)(hang)局(ju)、一航(hang)(hang)局(ju)、二航(hang)(hang)局(ju)、三航(hang)(hang)局(ju)等單位共同參建的長(chang)江南(nan)(nan)京以下12.5米深(shen)水航(hang)(hang)道(dao)二期工(gong)程正式試運行,并對國內外船(chuan)舶開(kai)放航(hang)(hang)行。至此,南(nan)(nan)京至長(chang)江出海口的12.5米深(shen)水航(hang)(hang)道(dao)全線貫(guan)通(tong),5萬(wan)噸級海輪(lun)可直達南(nan)(nan)京港,10萬(wan)噸級海輪(lun)也可減載趁潮(chao)抵(di)達。
長(chang)江(jiang)南京(jing)以下12.5米深水(shui)(shui)航(hang)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程是我國(guo)(guo)《國(guo)(guo)民經濟(ji)和(he)社會發展“十二五”規劃綱(gang)要(yao)》和(he)《國(guo)(guo)務院關于加(jia)快長(chang)江(jiang)等內(nei)河(he)水(shui)(shui)運(yun)發展的(de)意見》確定的(de)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)重點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程項目。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程范圍從(cong)南京(jing)至太倉,全長(chang)約(yue)280公(gong)里(li),包含11個水(shui)(shui)道(dao)。其(qi)中(zhong)有(you)儀征、和(he)暢洲、口(kou)岸直(zhi)、福姜(jiang)沙、通州沙和(he)白茆沙6個水(shui)(shui)道(dao)因河(he)勢(shi)不穩定及灘槽變化等原因,不能滿足12.5米水(shui)(shui)深要(yao)求,需要(yao)開展相關整治和(he)疏浚(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。
工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)分兩期(qi)(qi)實施,總投資(zi)約(yue)110億元,歷(li)經(jing)7年(nian)(nian)建設(she)(she)。一期(qi)(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)于2012年(nian)(nian)8月開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong),2014年(nian)(nian)7月交工(gong)(gong)(gong)投入試運行,按照“固灘、穩(wen)槽、導(dao)流、增深”的整治原則,對長江干線太倉至(zhi)南(nan)(nan)通(tong)約(yue)56公里河段(duan)實施通(tong)州沙(sha)(sha)下段(duan)至(zhi)狼山(shan)沙(sha)(sha)尾部、白茆沙(sha)(sha)中上(shang)(shang)段(duan)等整治工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)和疏浚工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),建設(she)(she)由太倉蕩茜閘至(zhi)南(nan)(nan)通(tong)天(tian)生(sheng)(sheng)港區12.5米(mi)深水航(hang)(hang)道(dao)。二期(qi)(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)于2015年(nian)(nian)6月開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong),在長江干線南(nan)(nan)通(tong)天(tian)生(sheng)(sheng)港區至(zhi)南(nan)(nan)京新生(sheng)(sheng)圩港區約(yue)227公里河段(duan),建設(she)(she)12.5米(mi)深水航(hang)(hang)道(dao)。主要建設(she)(she)內容為:新建主堤6道(dao)、丁壩30座、護(hu)灘帶(dai)(dai)22座、護(hu)底帶(dai)(dai)4道(dao),加固護(hu)岸長約(yue)47.4公里,航(hang)(hang)道(dao)疏浚共約(yue)1983.4萬立(li)方米(mi),并配套建設(she)(she)導(dao)助航(hang)(hang)設(she)(she)施及其他(ta)相(xiang)關設(she)(she)施,成功將12.5米(mi)深水航(hang)(hang)道(dao)從南(nan)(nan)通(tong)上(shang)(shang)延(yan)至(zhi)南(nan)(nan)京。
工程建成后,長江南(nan)京以下航(hang)(hang)道水深從(cong)10.5米提高(gao)(gao)到12.5米,通航(hang)(hang)海輪從(cong)3萬噸(dun)級(ji)提高(gao)(gao)到5萬噸(dun)級(ji),航(hang)(hang)道通航(hang)(hang)能力大(da)幅(fu)提升,為高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)展長江航(hang)(hang)運(yun),構(gou)建高(gao)(gao)效暢通的“水上高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)”,推(tui)動長江經(jing)濟帶(dai)發(fa)展和(he)交(jiao)通強國(guo)建設發(fa)揮(hui)重要(yao)作用(yong)。
