建研院為“一帶一路”首個非洲項目肯尼亞蒙-內鐵路提供支持

由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)路(lu)(lu)橋建設的(de)(de)(de)肯尼(ni)亞(ya)蒙-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)將(jiang)于2017年(nian)6月1日(ri)正式開通試(shi)運營。蒙-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)是肯尼(ni)亞(ya)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家獨(du)立以來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)最(zui)大工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),是其近百(bai)年(nian)來(lai)新建的(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)條鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),全(quan)長480公(gong)里,連接(jie)肯尼(ni)亞(ya)首(shou)都內羅畢和(he)東非(fei)第一(yi)大港蒙巴(ba)薩港。蒙-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)是東共(gong)體北部戰略走廊(lang)的(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)段,也(ye)是“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路(lu)(lu)”戰略的(de)(de)(de)首(shou)個非(fei)洲(zhou)項目。根據遠(yuan)期規劃,該(gai)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)將(jiang)連接(jie)肯尼(ni)亞(ya)、坦桑尼(ni)亞(ya)、烏(wu)干達(da)、盧(lu)旺(wang)達(da)、布隆迪和(he)南蘇丹等(deng)東非(fei)6國(guo)(guo)(guo),對于促進東非(fei)現代(dai)化鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)網的(de)(de)(de)形成(cheng)和(he)地區經(jing)濟發(fa)展(zhan)具有重要意義。蒙-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)作為完全(quan)采用(yong)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)一(yi)級標準(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)典(dian)型工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),是國(guo)(guo)(guo)際上第一(yi)次全(quan)部采用(yong)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)標準(zhun)建造的(de)(de)(de)現代(dai)化鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),是實(shi)施我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)標準(zhun)“走出去”戰略的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個成(cheng)功范例(li)。
蒙-內(nei)鐵路建(jian)設期間,建(jian)研(yan)院(yuan)高性(xing)(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)研(yan)究(jiu)中心(xin)對其混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)工(gong)程提(ti)供了(le)全面的(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)咨詢與服(fu)務(wu)工(gong)作。自2014年1月起,中心(xin)先后承(cheng)擔了(le)“肯尼亞當(dang)地天然火山灰質材料(liao)在鐵路高性(xing)(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)中的(de)應(ying)用(yong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)”、“蒙-內(nei)鐵路項目(mu)骨料(liao)吸(xi)水率對混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)影響及改善(shan)控制(zhi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)”和“阿西(xi)河特大(da)橋清水高性(xing)(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)配制(zhi)及應(ying)用(yong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)”、“非(fei)洲(zhou)干旱地區混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)養(yang)護集成技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)”等多(duo)個研(yan)究(jiu)項目(mu)與工(gong)程技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服(fu)務(wu)。在三年多(duo)的(de)時間內(nei),中心(xin)多(duo)名專家先后12次赴肯尼亞施工(gong)現場提(ti)供技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服(fu)務(wu),并在國內(nei)外系統(tong)開展(zhan)了(le)大(da)量的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)究(jiu)與技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)攻關工(gong)作,研(yan)究(jiu)成果與現場技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)支持得到了(le)業主與施工(gong)單位的(de)一致認可,也在很大(da)程度上保證和提(ti)高了(le)蒙-內(nei)鐵路的(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)工(gong)程質量,產生了(le)顯著(zhu)的(de)經(jing)濟效益(yi)與技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)價值(zhi)。
以(yi)“肯尼亞當地天然(ran)火(huo)山(shan)灰質材料(liao)在鐵(tie)路(lu)高(gao)性能(neng)混凝(ning)土(tu)中的應(ying)用技術(shu)研究”項目為例,該課題通過對肯尼亞當地天然(ran)火(huo)山(shan)灰的開(kai)發利用,成(cheng)功(gong)取代依(yi)賴遠途運輸才(cai)能(neng)獲得的粉煤灰,作為礦(kuang)物摻合料(liao)規模化應(ying)用于蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)混凝(ning)土(tu)工程,實(shi)現了就(jiu)地取材,降低了建設成(cheng)本(ben),同(tong)時顯著(zhu)(zhu)提高(gao)了混凝(ning)土(tu)性能(neng),經濟效(xiao)益和技術(shu)價值十分顯著(zhu)(zhu)。
通(tong)過高性能混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心的全過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)咨詢(xun)指導,以蒙-內鐵(tie)路(lu)項(xiang)目研(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)果為(wei)基礎,最終形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)天(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)(hui)生產線(xian)2條,為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)提供了4萬多噸天(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)(hui)產品,節約建設(she)成(cheng)(cheng)本4000多萬元人民幣(bi)。在(zai)項(xiang)目研(yan)究(jiu)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)現場(chang)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)服務過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong),發表論文12篇,申請(qing)專利(li)5項(xiang),形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)交(jiao)集(ji)團企業標準《天(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)(hui)在(zai)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土中(zhong)的應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)規程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)》,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)公路(lu)協會施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)“天(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)(hui)高性能混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)”,獲得中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)企業管理協會科技(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)果獎二(er)等獎。正在(zai)申報編(bian)制中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)土木工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學會標準《天(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)(hui)在(zai)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土中(zhong)的應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)規范(fan)》。天(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)(hui)開發與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)成(cheng)(cheng)套技(ji)(ji)術(shu),有(you)望(wang)在(zai)肯(ken)尼亞后續(xu)建設(she)的內-馬(ma)鐵(tie)路(lu)進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)推(tui)廣使用(yong)(yong)(yong),并可能在(zai)東非地區除了鐵(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)外的公路(lu)交(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)民建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)廣泛使用(yong)(yong)(yong)。在(zai)2016年北京市科委(wei)重大專項(xiang)課題的支持下(xia),建研(yan)院高性能混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心與中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)路(lu)橋一(yi)(yi)道,將(jiang)廣泛開展“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)”沿線(xian)國(guo)(guo)家和地區天(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)(hui)資源(yuan)的調研(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,有(you)望(wang)在(zai)具備(bei)條件(jian)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)推(tui)廣使用(yong)(yong)(yong)該項(xiang)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。
目前(qian),蒙-內鐵路延長線(xian)內馬鐵路也正在如火如荼地建(jian)(jian)設(she),建(jian)(jian)研(yan)院高性(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土研(yan)究中心繼續作為其混(hun)凝(ning)土工(gong)程的主要(yao)技術咨詢(xun)與支撐單位,仍將(jiang)憑(ping)借堅實的科研(yan)實力(li)與工(gong)程技術,在東非鐵路網建(jian)(jian)設(she)中貢獻(xian)自己的力(li)量(liang)。
