中國鐵建研制我國首座雙孔連做節段拼裝造橋機施工實現新突破

4月(yue)5日,由(you)中(zhong)國鐵(tie)建大橋(qiao)局集團(tuan)主(zhu)導研制的國內(nei)首座雙孔連做節(jie)段(duan)拼裝造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)機施工實現新(xin)突破(po),在福(fu)平鐵(tie)路項目施工中(zhong)創造(zao)(zao)了17天過孔的新(xin)紀錄,標(biao)志著雙孔連做節(jie)段(duan)拼裝造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)機施工技術已進入(ru)成(cheng)熟階段(duan)。
福平鐵(tie)路平潭(tan)海(hai)(hai)峽公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)兩用(yong)(yong)大橋(qiao)是國(guo)(guo)(guo)內首座真正意義上的公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)跨海(hai)(hai)大橋(qiao),也(ye)是目前世界上施工(gong)難度(du)最大的公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)跨海(hai)(hai)橋(qiao)梁,具(ju)有技術含量高、條件(jian)(jian)惡(e)劣、施工(gong)要(yao)求高等顯著特點。受施工(gong)條件(jian)(jian)及工(gong)程特點影響(xiang),針對大規模的海(hai)(hai)上預應力混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)結構,公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)合建(jian)(jian)干擾、空(kong)間(jian)交叉、工(gong)作(zuo)面多等特殊性,為(wei)解決原設計單孔造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)機(ji)作(zuo)業時(shi)間(jian)長、成橋(qiao)速度(du)慢、海(hai)(hai)上高空(kong)作(zuo)業風(feng)險大等問題,在(zai)目前國(guo)(guo)(guo)內外(wai)節(jie)段箱梁拼(pin)裝(zhuang)普遍采用(yong)(yong)的單孔造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)機(ji)基礎上,中鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)大橋(qiao)局主導研制出了國(guo)(guo)(guo)內首座 “SPZ2700×2/64型雙(shuang)孔連做節(jie)段拼(pin)裝(zhuang)造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)機(ji)”。雙(shuang)孔連做造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)機(ji)為(wei)全國(guo)(guo)(guo)首創,已(yi)獲得國(guo)(guo)(guo)家專利。
B0-B38鐵路梁采用雙(shuang)孔(kong)連(lian)(lian)做造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)(qiao)機節(jie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)拼裝(zhuang)工法施工。利用雙(shuang)孔(kong)連(lian)(lian)做上(shang)行式節(jie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)拼裝(zhuang)造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)(qiao)機進行節(jie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)拼裝(zhuang)施工,節(jie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)預(yu)制梁場設在D31-D37路基上(shang),梁段(duan)(duan)(duan)用運(yun)梁車通過已架鐵路梁運(yun)送至(zhi)待(dai)架孔(kong),利用架橋(qiao)(qiao)機自(zi)身提吊(diao)系統進行節(jie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)安裝(zhuang)。經過造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)(qiao)機滑移(yi)就位,檢(jian)(jian)查造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)(qiao)機軸線(xian)、標(biao)高,支座安裝(zhuang),節(jie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)梁運(yun)輸、喂梁,梁段(duan)(duan)(duan)調節(jie)就位,連(lian)(lian)接波紋管、穿鋼絞線(xian),綁扎鋼筋(jin)、立模,澆筑(zhu)濕接縫混凝(ning)土(tu),拆模養生,張拉,檢(jian)(jian)測梁體下撓度(du),壓漿、封(feng)錨,造(zao)(zao)橋(qiao)(qiao)機移(yi)位準備等工序,最(zui)終實現一次(ci)過孔(kong)。
