中煤集團新集公司開發三維鉆孔參數化制圖軟件取得新突破

中(zhong)煤(mei)集(ji)團(tuan)新集(ji)公司通(tong)過鉆研,基(ji)于AutoCad軟(ruan)件進行二次開發,在原軟(ruan)件僅能繪(hui)制鉆孔圖的(de)基(ji)礎上,升級成(cheng)能自動繪(hui)制集(ji)鉆孔及其(qi)確(que)定的(de)煤(mei)層面于一體的(de)三維立(li)體圖,成(cheng)功應用(yong)信息化技術加快了數字(zi)化礦山建設。

一是(shi)(shi)三(san)(san)維(wei)效果(guo)(guo)直觀(guan)。通過三(san)(san)維(wei)視圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)命令,能(neng)直觀(guan)展示(shi)各個視角下鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)及煤(mei)(mei)層(ceng)(ceng)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)立體(ti)效果(guo)(guo);通過動態觀(guan)察(cha)命令,能(neng)觀(guan)察(cha)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)及煤(mei)(mei)層(ceng)(ceng)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)實(shi)體(ti)效果(guo)(guo),彌(mi)補了平面(mian)(mian)視圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)需空間(jian)建(jian)模的(de)(de)不足,準確(que)率(lv)提(ti)升90%以(yi)上。二是(shi)(shi)制(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)成果(guo)(guo)可靠(kao)。在反復驗(yan)算鉆(zhan)(zhan)探數(shu)(shu)據的(de)(de)基礎上,多次優化“實(shi)際鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)表”中開孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)位置、鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)方(fang)位、傾角、見(jian)煤(mei)(mei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)、穿煤(mei)(mei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)、孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)等參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)后運行(xing)程序繪圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu),所繪制(zhi)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)煤(mei)(mei)層(ceng)(ceng)頂底(di)板三(san)(san)維(wei)曲面(mian)(mian)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)均(jun)與鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)相吻合,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)形(xing)準確(que)可靠(kao),誤差為零(ling),較(jiao)二維(wei)制(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)質(zhi)量有質(zhi)的(de)(de)提(ti)升。三(san)(san)是(shi)(shi)軟(ruan)件運用(yong)廣泛。新開發(fa)的(de)(de)制(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)軟(ruan)件適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)礦井瓦斯(si)抽采鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)和地質(zhi)探測鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu),便于(yu)根據實(shi)際鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)確(que)定鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)實(shi)際控制(zhi)范圍(wei)、孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)底(di)間(jian)距、鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)布(bu)置均(jun)勻度,提(ti)高實(shi)際鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)與設計(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)相似度,優化鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)設計(ji),提(ti)供效果(guo)(guo)考(kao)察(cha)依據;能(neng)夠根據多個鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)見(jian)煤(mei)(mei)巖情況,確(que)定煤(mei)(mei)層(ceng)(ceng)見(jian)煤(mei)(mei)、穿煤(mei)(mei)曲面(mian)(mian)、煤(mei)(mei)層(ceng)(ceng)剖面(mian)(mian)煤(mei)(mei)厚(hou)、傾角等參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)以(yi)及斷(duan)層(ceng)(ceng)等構造參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu),準確(que)指(zhi)導采掘作業,減少誤差率(lv)85%以(yi)上。四是(shi)(shi)提(ti)高工(gong)作效率(lv)。

新開發(fa)軟件的突(tu)破,減少(shao)了(le)繁瑣的鉆孔參(can)數核算過程,解放了(le)繁重的手動繪(hui)圖(tu)工(gong)序,突(tu)破了(le)二(er)維(wei)視圖(tu)的瓶(ping)頸,減少(shao)90%繪(hui)圖(tu)工(gong)作量,大幅提升了(le)工(gong)作效率。
