中國化學工程擬釋放最高股權比例力推混改
年內混改6家二級企業、10-15家三級公司 構建企業新生態

“在保持國(guo)有(you)控股的(de)前提下,我(wo)們將釋放最高的(de)股權比例用來引入戰略投(tou)(tou)資(zi)者和(he)員(yuan)工跟投(tou)(tou)。”4月28日,中國(guo)化學(xue)工程舉行(xing)全面(mian)深(shen)化改(gai)革新(xin)聞發(fa)布會,誠邀地方國(guo)企、民營企業、投(tou)(tou)資(zi)機構(gou)(gou)等社會資(zi)本積(ji)極參與其改(gai)革發(fa)展。據透露(lu),2020年,該集團將重點推進6家(jia)二級企業、10-15家(jia)三級公司(si)混合所(suo)有(you)制(zhi)改(gai)革,著(zhu)力構(gou)(gou)建(jian)“央企品(pin)牌(pai)實力+民營機制(zhi)”的(de)企業生態。
