中(zhong)央企(qi)業電子商務(wu)(wu)聯(lian)盟(以下簡稱(cheng)“聯(lian)盟”)成(cheng)立(li)于2017年7月(yue),是由國家電網等14家中(zhong)央企(qi)業所屬電商平臺(tai)(tai)共同(tong)發起成(cheng)立(li)的行業性(xing)組織(zhi)。目前,聯(lian)盟已組建了(le)(le)31省(sheng)地方(fang)工(gong)委會(hui),成(cheng)員單位210家,覆蓋(gai)能源(yuan)、通信、制造、軍(jun)工(gong)等行業。兩年多來,聯(lian)盟圍繞電子商務(wu)(wu)協(xie)同(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)新、模式創(chuang)(chuang)新、技術(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)新和渠道創(chuang)(chuang)新,建立(li)了(le)(le)數據共享、聚攏采(cai)購、聯(lian)合營銷三大合作機(ji)制,形成(cheng)了(le)(le)跨界融(rong)合新平臺(tai)(tai),在(zai)服務(wu)(wu)中(zhong)央企(qi)業數字化轉型升級、促進產(chan)業鏈協(xie)同(tong)發展、服務(wu)(wu)“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路”建設等方(fang)面(mian)取得了(le)(le)顯著(zhu)成(cheng)效。
新(xin)冠肺炎疫(yi)情(qing)發生以來(lai),聯(lian)盟(meng)堅(jian)決貫(guan)徹落實習近平(ping)總(zong)書記(ji)重要指示(shi)批示(shi)精(jing)神,在國務(wu)院(yuan)國資(zi)委的指導下(xia),第一時間發起“擔(dan)使命(ming)、戰疫(yi)情(qing)”聯(lian)合行動(dong)倡議(yi),推動(dong)建立成(cheng)員(yuan)單位聯(lian)防聯(lian)控機制,保(bao)應急防護物資(zi)供應,開發上線企(qi)業復工(gong)復產(chan)供需對接平(ping)臺(tai),精(jing)準(zhun)匹配打通(tong)供應鏈堵點,在關鍵時期助推相(xiang)關中央企(qi)業服務(wu)不(bu)斷線、生產(chan)不(bu)掉鏈,在堅(jian)決打贏(ying)疫(yi)情(qing)防控的人(ren)民(min)戰爭、總(zong)體戰、阻擊戰中彰顯了央企(qi)責任擔(dan)當(dang)和骨干(gan)力量。
全方面打響聯合戰疫
從(cong)發起(qi)倡議聯合作戰(zhan)、到搭建廣(guang)泛的供需對接平臺,央企電(dian)商(shang)矩陣全方位出擊(ji),成為抗疫戰(zhan)線上一支(zhi)中(zhong)堅力(li)量(liang)。

強化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)及服務(wu)支撐(cheng),助推企(qi)業復(fu)工復(fu)產(chan)和社會經(jing)濟發展(zhan)。當前,以提升(sheng)企(qi)業復(fu)工復(fu)產(chan)供(gong)需對接(jie)平臺服務(wu)能力為著力點(dian),強化貿易、金融、風險防控等(deng)供(gong)應(ying)鏈服務(wu)支撐(cheng),通過(guo)大(da)數據(ju)、人工智(zhi)能等(deng)先進技(ji)(ji)術(shu)應(ying)用(yong),推出更便捷、更精準的供(gong)應(ying)鏈金融、倉儲物流等(deng)服務(wu),切實幫助中小(xiao)微企(qi)業全面恢復(fu)生(sheng)產(chan)渡(du)過(guo)難(nan)關。同時,以北京(jing)西城電子商(shang)務(wu)示范園建設為契機(ji),推動央企(qi)電商(shang)聯盟鏈在(zai)數據(ju)資源共享交(jiao)易、企(qi)業征信服務(wu)等(deng)場景應(ying)用(yong),推動構(gou)建數據(ju)應(ying)用(yong)合(he)作生(sheng)態,協同構(gou)建互信營商(shang)環境。
