中國華能舒印彪:我們為什么建設電力高速公路

中國東(dong)中部地(di)(di)區(qu)是中國經濟最發達的(de)區(qu)域,用(yong)電(dian)(dian)負荷約占(zhan)全國總用(yong)量(liang)的(de)70%,而這些(xie)電(dian)(dian)卻大多(duo)來自遙遠的(de)西(xi)部地(di)(di)區(qu)。我國將西(xi)部地(di)(di)區(qu)就地(di)(di)生產的(de)煤電(dian)(dian)、風電(dian)(dian)和水電(dian)(dian)等,通(tong)過“西(xi)電(dian)(dian)東(dong)送(song)(song)”工程,送(song)(song)往(wang)幾千(qian)里之(zhi)外的(de)東(dong)中部地(di)(di)區(qu),滿(man)足那里旺盛(sheng)的(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)需(xu)(xu)求。但是過去的(de)超高(gao)壓輸電(dian)(dian)技術,輸電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離(li)和輸電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)都難以滿(man)足如今越來越大規模的(de)電(dian)(dian)力輸送(song)(song)需(xu)(xu)求。那么,用(yong)什么辦法能讓這些(xie)電(dian)(dian)力安全高(gao)效(xiao)地(di)(di)傳(chuan)送(song)(song)到(dao)千(qian)里之(zhi)外呢?那就需(xu)(xu)要特高(gao)壓。

特高壓是(shi)目前世(shi)界上最先進的輸電(dian)技術(shu),如果(guo)把(ba)其他輸電(dian)線(xian)路比(bi)喻為(wei)鄉間小路,那么特高壓輸電(dian)線(xian)路就是(shi)電(dian)力(li)高速公路。特高壓輸電(dian)是(shi)具有(you)傳輸距離遠、容量大、損耗低、占地少等優(you)勢(shi)的尖端技術(shu)。現(xian)在,中國是(shi)世(shi)界上首個,也是(shi)唯一一個成(cheng)功掌握并實(shi)際運用特高壓這項尖端技術(shu)的國家。

我國為什么需要特高壓?

我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)為(wei)什么需(xu)(xu)要特高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)?我(wo)概括為(wei)8個字,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家需(xu)(xu)要、國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)情使然。所謂國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家需(xu)(xu)要,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)經(jing)濟(ji)持(chi)續(xu)增長(chang)對電力(li)提出了大量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)。電力(li)是(shi)(shi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)民經(jing)濟(ji)的(de)(de)(de)先行官(guan),電力(li)的(de)(de)(de)發展要與經(jing)濟(ji)的(de)(de)(de)發展保持(chi)同步,并適度超(chao)前。1978年(nian),我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)全國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)用(yong)(yong)電量(liang)是(shi)(shi)2500億千瓦(wa)(wa)時(shi),到了2011年(nian)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)電量(liang)達(da)到了4.7萬(wan)億千瓦(wa)(wa)時(shi),超(chao)過(guo)了美國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo),一直(zhi)保持(chi)世界第一。到了2020年(nian)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)電量(liang)達(da)到了7.5萬(wan)億千瓦(wa)(wa)時(shi),這40多年(nian)增長(chang)了30倍。但(dan)是(shi)(shi)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)均用(yong)(yong)電量(liang)水平(ping)(ping)還是(shi)(shi)不高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de),人(ren)均用(yong)(yong)電量(liang)剛剛超(chao)過(guo)5000度電,這與經(jing)合組(zu)織(zhi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家相比,平(ping)(ping)均用(yong)(yong)電量(liang)只達(da)到了他們的(de)(de)(de)60%。隨(sui)著(zhu)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)經(jing)濟(ji)的(de)(de)(de)發展和人(ren)民生活水平(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)(de)提高(gao)(gao),特別是(shi)(shi)全社會電氣化水平(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)(de)提高(gao)(gao),我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)電力(li)增長(chang)空(kong)間發展潛力(li)還是(shi)(shi)比較大的(de)(de)(de),因此可以說我(wo)們仍在半(ban)途。

所謂國(guo)情使(shi)然,進入新(xin)(xin)(xin)世(shi)紀(ji),我(wo)國(guo)經濟對電(dian)(dian)力的(de)需(xu)求(qiu)更加旺(wang)盛,對發展特高壓提出(chu)了迫切的(de)需(xu)求(qiu)。從(cong)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中國(guo)成立以來到2000年我(wo)國(guo)的(de)裝(zhuang)機(ji)是3.2億(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦,但到了2010年,就(jiu)達到了9.7億(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦。這10年間,我(wo)國(guo)的(de)裝(zhuang)機(ji)新(xin)(xin)(xin)增6.5億(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦。在這個快(kuai)速(su)發展的(de)過程(cheng)中,有73%的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)增裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量都(dou)是燃煤電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),有70%的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)增煤電(dian)(dian)都(dou)布局在缺電(dian)(dian)十分嚴重的(de)東中部(bu)地區。

我國能源(yuan)(yuan)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)以煤炭為(wei)主,煤炭儲(chu)量居世(shi)界(jie)第(di)三位,油氣相對(dui)貧乏。我國水能資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)較為(wei)豐富(fu),水能蘊藏量居世(shi)界(jie)第(di)一位,它的技術可開(kai)發量達到(dao)6.6億(yi)千瓦(wa)。我國風能和太陽能十(shi)分(fen)豐富(fu),開(kai)發潛力巨大。

我(wo)國(guo)的(de)資(zi)源(yuan)分布不(bu)平衡,主(zhu)要(yao)的(de)能源(yuan)資(zi)源(yuan)都在(zai)西(xi)(xi)部(bu)和(he)(he)西(xi)(xi)北部(bu)。我(wo)國(guo)80%以上(shang)的(de)煤(mei)炭分布在(zai)西(xi)(xi)北、西(xi)(xi)部(bu)和(he)(he)北部(bu)等省(sheng)區(qu),待開(kai)(kai)發的(de)水能資(zi)源(yuan)80%都在(zai)我(wo)國(guo)的(de)西(xi)(xi)南部(bu)。我(wo)國(guo)陸(lu)上(shang)風(feng)能資(zi)源(yuan)主(zhu)要(yao)在(zai)三北,就是東(dong)北、華北和(he)(he)西(xi)(xi)北地(di)(di)區(qu),同時我(wo)國(guo)的(de)光(guang)伏(fu)在(zai)這(zhe)里也有很好(hao)的(de)開(kai)(kai)發條件,日照(zhao)時間在(zai)3200小(xiao)時以上(shang)的(de)區(qu)域都在(zai)青(qing)藏(zang)高原、新疆(jiang)和(he)(he)甘肅等地(di)(di)。但(dan)是這(zhe)些地(di)(di)區(qu)經濟(ji)總(zong)量小(xiao),用電(dian)需求、用電(dian)市(shi)場(chang)不(bu)大。我(wo)國(guo)的(de)用電(dian)需求主(zhu)要(yao)在(zai)中(zhong)東(dong)部(bu)地(di)(di)區(qu),70%的(de)用電(dian)負荷(he)都集中(zhong)在(zai)中(zhong)東(dong)部(bu)地(di)(di)區(qu),能源(yuan)開(kai)(kai)發的(de)重心和(he)(he)用電(dian)需求的(de)中(zhong)心兩者之間距(ju)離1500公(gong)里到3000公(gong)里。這(zhe)種能源(yuan)資(zi)源(yuan)與(yu)用電(dian)需求成(cheng)逆(ni)向分布的(de)基本國(guo)情,決(jue)定了我(wo)國(guo)需要(yao)實施(shi)遠距(ju)離、大規(gui)模的(de)西(xi)(xi)電(dian)東(dong)送。

我(wo)國電(dian)力(li)需(xu)(xu)求還將持續增長。從國情出(chu)發(fa),我(wo)們(men)在全國范圍內優化能源資源配置成為(wei)必然,因(yin)此就需(xu)(xu)要(yao)發(fa)展遠距離大容量、低損耗(hao),占地省的特高壓輸電(dian)技術(shu)。

特高壓技術“特”在哪里?

為了(le)解決中國(guo)能源基地與用(yong)電中心相隔(ge)千里的(de)(de)難題,運用(yong)特高壓完成遠距離(li)大容(rong)量輸電,是(shi)必然選擇。而(er)建設(she)這(zhe)樣先進的(de)(de)電網,實現能源互通,不僅僅是(shi)中國(guo)的(de)(de)發展(zhan)需要,也是(shi)全球能源可持續發展(zhan)的(de)(de)共(gong)識(shi),從上(shang)世紀60年(nian)代開始,許多傳統的(de)(de)電力強國(guo)花費(fei)巨大精力投入特高壓技(ji)術研發,卻接連無(wu)功而(er)返。

而(er)(er)對于中國而(er)(er)言,研究特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)更是難上加難,有太(tai)多需要從零(ling)破解的難題——崇山(shan)峻嶺、沙(sha)漠狂風、電(dian)閃雷(lei)鳴,特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)線路不僅要面對我(wo)國復雜的地形,多變的氣候(hou),甚至還要穿越生(sheng)命禁(jin)區(qu),在(zai)如此復雜的環境(jing)中實現特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)的安全(quan)穩定運(yun)行,無疑(yi)是一項(xiang)挑戰極限的世(shi)界工程(cheng)。從2004年至今,中國已經建成(cheng)(cheng)投運(yun)了(le)33項(xiang)特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)工程(cheng),線路總長達到5萬公里,它們成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)中國城市(shi)工業發展,居民(min)生(sheng)活用(yong)電(dian)的主(zhu)(zhu)要來(lai)源,同時還帶動了(le)中國裝備(bei)制造業的發展,與(yu)特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)技術體系相關的方方面面,都實現了(le)升級。特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)不僅成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)中國經濟(ji)發展的電(dian)力輸(shu)送(song)主(zhu)(zhu)動脈,也(ye)給世(shi)界上其他國家和地區(qu),提供(gong)了(le)可(ke)借鑒的電(dian)力輸(shu)送(song)解決方案。

現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)達到(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)2億(yi)(yi)千瓦(wa),特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)輸(shu)送的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)動脈。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)西(xi)部(bu)(bu)大(da)開發(fa)(fa)中發(fa)(fa)揮了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)重要作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)投(tou)資到(dao)(dao)現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)我(wo)(wo)們投(tou)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)5150億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),這直接(jie)帶動西(xi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)投(tou)資1.3萬億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),每年(nian)為(wei)西(xi)部(bu)(bu)拉動GDP2600億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),提供就業(ye)崗位(wei)65萬個(ge),增加稅收約500億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)。二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)有力支撐了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)東(dong)(dong)中部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)需求。特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)占東(dong)(dong)中部(bu)(bu)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)負(fu)荷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)1/4,累計輸(shu)送電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)達到(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)2萬億(yi)(yi)千瓦(wa)時(shi),其(qi)(qi)中70%都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)清潔能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan),這樣(yang)就相當于減少中東(dong)(dong)部(bu)(bu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)用(yong)煤8.3億(yi)(yi)噸,可以減少二(er)氧化碳(tan)排放17億(yi)(yi)噸,煙塵氮氧化物排放650萬噸。同(tong)(tong)時(shi)降低了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本,西(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)東(dong)(dong)送的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價到(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)東(dong)(dong)部(bu)(bu),比(bi)東(dong)(dong)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)上網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價每度要便宜(yi)5分錢,這樣(yang)節省東(dong)(dong)中部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本1000億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)優化了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)結(jie)構。依靠特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)遠距離大(da)規(gui)(gui)模(mo)輸(shu)送的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術優勢,促進了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)西(xi)南水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開發(fa)(fa),促進了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)三北(bei)地區(qu)新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開發(fa)(fa)。這為(wei)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展起(qi)到(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)很好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)促進作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、太陽能(neng)裝(zhuang)機規(gui)(gui)模(mo)穩居(ju)世(shi)界第一(yi)(yi)位(wei)。可再生(sheng)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)機比(bi)重在(zai)(zai)2020年(nian)達到(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)43%,煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)占比(bi)首次在(zai)(zai)歷史上降到(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)50%以下(xia),10年(nian)前煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)占比(bi)還是(shi)(shi)(shi)73%。四(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)顯著提升了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)領(ling)域(yu)裝(zhuang)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制造水(shui)平,提升了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)裝(zhuang)備(bei)、產(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)競爭力。特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)裝(zhuang)備(bei)代表了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)裝(zhuang)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)水(shui)平,我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研制,從設(she)計、材(cai)料(liao)工(gong)藝、試驗技(ji)術到(dao)(dao)產(chan)品(pin)實現(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)自(zi)主化和國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)化,實現(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)世(shi)界領(ling)先。同(tong)(tong)時(shi)進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)鞏(gong)固了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)領(ling)域(yu)產(chan)業(ye)鏈的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安全和自(zi)主可控,一(yi)(yi)些材(cai)料(liao)和關(guan)鍵部(bu)(bu)件經過多年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)持續努力都(dou)實現(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)替代。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)技(ji)術標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。1906年(nian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)委員會(IEC),它是(shi)(shi)(shi)世(shi)界上成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立最早(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)化機構,過去我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)采用(yong)IEC的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)其(qi)(qi)他國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家制定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)能(neng)夠成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),也是(shi)(shi)(shi)不容(rong)易的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),這也是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)對國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)貢獻。到(dao)(dao)現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)為(wei)止,我(wo)(wo)們累計發(fa)(fa)布特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)交流(liu)和特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)直流(liu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)18項,我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)1000千伏交流(liu)特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。

特高壓的未來發展前景

在(zai)輸電環(huan)節,特高壓(ya)輸電還要(yao)繼續(xu)發(fa)(fa)揮它的網絡(luo)優(you)勢(shi)和(he)網絡(luo)功能,支撐大(da)規模新(xin)能源(yuan)的并網和(he)消納。大(da)家知道,新(xin)能源(yuan)有(you)隨機性和(he)季節性的特點,我國現在(zai)還沒有(you)辦法控制風電和(he)光伏(fu)。我國地(di)域(yu)(yu)遼闊(kuo),在(zai)新(xin)能源(yuan)的發(fa)(fa)電上存在(zai)著區域(yu)(yu)性和(he)季節性的差異。為(wei)了實現多(duo)能互補、區域(yu)(yu)互遞,需要(yao)一(yi)個強大(da)的網絡(luo)平臺(tai),特高壓(ya)將發(fa)(fa)揮這個作用(yong)。

在(zai)配電(dian)環(huan)節,配電(dian)網要實現廣泛互(hu)聯、智(zhi)能(neng)互(hu)動(dong),將大量(liang)接(jie)入(ru)分布式能(neng)源(yuan)和微電(dian)網,大量(liang)接(jie)入(ru)電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)等(deng)儲(chu)能(neng)設施。今(jin)后(hou),我們的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)會(hui)發(fa)展起來(lai),電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)現在(zai)本身是一(yi)個儲(chu)能(neng)裝置,未來(lai)會(hui)成為(wei)一(yi)個移動(dong)儲(chu)能(neng)裝置。今(jin)后(hou),電(dian)網可(ke)以(yi)(yi)向(xiang)電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)充電(dian),也可(ke)以(yi)(yi)反(fan)過來(lai)由(you)電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)向(xiang)電(dian)網送電(dian)。比如說你出(chu)國或者旅行(xing),一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間不在(zai)家,但是電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)在(zai)家里,用(yong)電(dian)低谷(gu)時(shi)候它(ta)充電(dian)到系(xi)統,高峰的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)向(xiang)系(xi)統賣電(dian),能(neng)夠賺到錢。大量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)儲(chu)能(neng)設施也將出(chu)現,這樣在(zai)配電(dian)網里邊就可(ke)以(yi)(yi)實現源(yuan)網荷儲(chu)的(de)(de)(de)智(zhi)能(neng)互(hu)動(dong)。

在用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)環節,用(yong)戶(hu)將在新(xin)型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系統(tong)當(dang)中改變過去的(de)角色。新(xin)能源(yuan)的(de)發展(zhan)也(ye)不再(zai)僅是(shi)(shi)專業(ye)化大公司的(de)獨有(you)優勢,我們的(de)用(yong)戶(hu)可以在自己的(de)建筑物(wu)上,比如(ru)農村的(de)屋頂上建設太陽能發電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。用(yong)戶(hu)既(ji)是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能的(de)使用(yong)者(zhe),同時也(ye)可以是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能的(de)生產(chan)者(zhe),人(ren)人(ren)使用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能,人(ren)人(ren)生產(chan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能,這(zhe)將成(cheng)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系統(tong)里一個(ge)新(xin)的(de)景象。
