中央企業重大科技成果摘要(第123期)

中交集(ji)團自動化碼頭建造(zao)技(ji)術(shu)達(da)世(shi)界(jie)先(xian)進(jin)水平(ping)。20世(shi)紀80年(nian)代末,在提高(gao)集(ji)裝箱(xiang)碼頭周轉(zhuan)效(xiao)率、降低(di)人工成本(ben)(ben)、改善作業(ye)(ye)環(huan)境的(de)需求(qiu)下,英國(guo)、荷(he)蘭、日本(ben)(ben)等(deng)發達(da)國(guo)家(jia)提出了研制、建造(zao)和實施(shi)自動化集(ji)裝箱(xiang)碼頭的(de)構想(xiang)。但由于技(ji)術(shu)所限,早期國(guo)外的(de)自動化集(ji)裝箱(xiang)碼頭存在投資成本(ben)(ben)高(gao)昂、可靠性不足等(deng)問題。隨著“中國(guo)制造(zao)2025”戰略的(de)醞釀和出臺,發展高(gao)端、智能(neng)、先(xian)進(jin)的(de)裝備(bei)制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)成為(wei)大勢所趨,國(guo)內碼頭有著向(xiang)全(quan)自動化碼頭轉(zhuan)型升級(ji)的(de)需要。

中交集團(tuan)所屬上海振(zhen)華重(zhong)工(集團(tuan))股份有(you)限公司,于2005年(nian)開始(shi)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)集裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)箱(xiang)碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)系統(tong),取(qu)得多項創新成(cheng)果。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)制碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)設備控制系統(tong),可有(you)機(ji)協(xie)調各類碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)設備,高效完(wan)成(cheng)碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)操作(zuo)(zuo)和裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)卸,實現整個(ge)碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)的(de)智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)運作(zuo)(zuo)。二是(shi)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)導引運輸車(che),具備無人(ren)駕駛、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)導航、路徑(jing)優化(hua)、主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)避障(zhang)、自(zi)(zi)我故障(zhang)診斷(duan)、自(zi)(zi)我電(dian)(dian)(dian)量監控等功能(neng)。三是(shi)在國內首創自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)技術(shu),保障(zhang)地面運輸連續作(zuo)(zuo)業,自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)導引運輸車(che)更(geng)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)全程只需6分鐘,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)僅需2小時。四是(shi)在全球首創自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)雙(shuang)箱(xiang)軌道吊(diao),一(yi)(yi)次可同時起吊(diao)兩個(ge)集裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)箱(xiang),配(pei)合自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)雙(shuang)箱(xiang)岸橋作(zuo)(zuo)業,能(neng)夠釋放岸線(xian)空間,提高碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)使用率,理論上可提升工作(zuo)(zuo)效率50%。五是(shi)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)岸橋自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)拆扭鎖裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置,完(wan)成(cheng)港口碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)人(ren)工拆裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)向機(ji)器人(ren)拆裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)升級,進一(yi)(yi)步提升碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)程度。

項(xiang)目(mu)授權國際發(fa)明專利(li)2項(xiang)、國內(nei)發(fa)明專利(li)24項(xiang),軟件著作(zuo)權10項(xiang)。項(xiang)目(mu)研(yan)發(fa)成果(guo)對于助(zhu)推(tui)大型集(ji)裝箱碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)智能化(hua)、自動(dong)化(hua)、零排放和(he)高效(xiao)(xiao)率運(yun)行具有重(zhong)要(yao)幫助(zhu)。以已投產的青島港全(quan)自動(dong)化(hua)碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)為例,裝卸效(xiao)(xiao)率達到(dao)39.6MOV/h,創(chuang)造(zao)了全(quan)球自動(dong)化(hua)碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)單機平均作(zuo)業效(xiao)(xiao)率的最高紀錄。此外,國內(nei)首個全(quan)自動(dong)化(hua)碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)——廈(sha)門遠(yuan)海碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)投產后,比傳統碼(ma)(ma)頭(tou)節省能源25%以上,碳排量減少(shao)16%以上。

項目研(yan)發的(de)自動化集(ji)裝箱碼頭系統在低(di)成(cheng)本、高可靠性以及節能環保方(fang)面都處于全(quan)球領先地位,對(dui)于助推我(wo)國(guo)港口集(ji)裝箱碼頭智(zhi)能綠色轉型,推進我(wo)國(guo)智(zhi)慧(hui)城市建(jian)設具(ju)有(you)重要意義。(中交集(ji)團供稿)

誠通集團掌(zhang)握自主微量涂布膠版(ban)紙(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。我(wo)國是一個農(nong)業大國,木材資源短缺,非木纖維資源豐富(fu)。在木漿和廢紙(zhi)進口持續(xu)快速增(zeng)長的情況下,非木纖維原料(liao)的科學利用技(ji)(ji)術(shu)直(zhi)接影響(xiang)到我(wo)國紙(zhi)業原料(liao)產業的安全問題。當前,非木纖維制漿造紙(zhi)普遍存在污染負荷高、能(neng)耗(hao)高、資源有(you)效利用率(lv)低等(deng)問題,亟需攻克清潔制漿、節能(neng)減排等(deng)相關(guan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。

誠通(tong)集團所屬中(zhong)國紙(zhi)業(ye)岳陽林紙(zhi)股份有(you)限公司(si)通(tong)過多(duo)(duo)年自主創新,攻克了(le)蘆葦(wei)(wei)非(fei)木(mu)纖(xian)維(wei)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)得(de)率(lv)漿(jiang)(jiang)配抄微(wei)量涂(tu)布(bu)膠版(ban)(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)技(ji)術,解(jie)決(jue)了(le)非(fei)木(mu)材纖(xian)維(wei)清(qing)潔制(zhi)漿(jiang)(jiang)除雜效率(lv)低(di)、塵(chen)埃多(duo)(duo)、能耗高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)、資源有(you)效利用率(lv)低(di)等(deng)重大(da)(da)技(ji)術難(nan)題(ti)。取得(de)的(de)創新成果如下:一是(shi)(shi)研制(zhi)葦(wei)(wei)片除雜機(ji)(ji)、連續蒸煮防(fang)反(fan)噴裝置、紙(zhi)漿(jiang)(jiang)提(ti)濃機(ji)(ji)等(deng)3種(zhong)化學葦(wei)(wei)漿(jiang)(jiang)制(zhi)漿(jiang)(jiang)專(zhuan)利設備,有(you)效提(ti)升了(le)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)質量,降低(di)了(le)生產(chan)(chan)成本。二(er)是(shi)(shi)適應高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)速發展印刷技(ji)術對紙(zhi)張(zhang)的(de)要求,研發微(wei)量涂(tu)布(bu)膠版(ban)(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)新產(chan)(chan)品(pin),推動了(le)我國造(zao)紙(zhi)工(gong)業(ye)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)結構(gou)調(diao)整,滿足(zu)了(le)市(shi)場需求。三是(shi)(shi)研究漿(jiang)(jiang)料(liao)配比(bi)及(ji)打(da)漿(jiang)(jiang)性能,配用高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)比(bi)例APMP漿(jiang)(jiang),既符合(he)(he)國家(jia)發展循(xun)環經(jing)濟(ji)、綜合(he)(he)利用資源產(chan)(chan)業(ye)政策(ce),又大(da)(da)幅(fu)降低(di)生產(chan)(chan)成本。四是(shi)(shi)開發出高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)得(de)率(lv)漿(jiang)(jiang)有(you)機(ji)(ji)微(wei)粒助留(liu)體系,有(you)效提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)得(de)率(lv)漿(jiang)(jiang)細小纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)留(liu)著,改善了(le)紙(zhi)張(zhang)性能,降低(di)了(le)白水負(fu)荷。五是(shi)(shi)開發出微(wei)涂(tu)膠版(ban)(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)涂(tu)料(liao)專(zhuan)用配方(fang),取代(dai)價格昂(ang)貴(gui)瓷土(tu)顏料(liao),紙(zhi)張(zhang)表面(mian)平(ping)滑(hua)性、強度(du)、灰(hui)分(fen)等(deng)明顯改善,解(jie)決(jue)了(le)膠版(ban)(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)白度(du)低(di)、灰(hui)分(fen)低(di)及(ji)印刷表面(mian)平(ping)滑(hua)性差等(deng)問(wen)題(ti)。六是(shi)(shi)掌握微(wei)量涂(tu)布(bu)工(gong)藝,使微(wei)涂(tu)膠版(ban)(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)生產(chan)(chan)可采用計(ji)量棒式(shi)涂(tu)布(bu)或輥式(shi)涂(tu)布(bu),適合(he)(he)于(yu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)/低(di)配置的(de)紙(zhi)機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)(chan);優化微(wei)涂(tu)后壓光工(gong)藝,使微(wei)涂(tu)膠版(ban)(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)保持較高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)松厚(hou)度(du)。

項(xiang)目獲中(zhong)國(guo)輕(qing)工業聯(lian)合會(hui)科技(ji)進步二等(deng)獎(jiang)及中(zhong)國(guo)產學(xue)研(yan)創新(xin)成(cheng)果優秀獎(jiang)。依托項(xiang)目研(yan)發成(cheng)果形成(cheng)的(de)3種專利設備成(cheng)功應用于新(xin)建150噸/日葦(wei)(wei)漿(jiang)連續蒸煮制(zhi)漿(jiang)生(sheng)產線,提(ti)(ti)(ti)質降耗(hao)增效顯著,蘆葦(wei)(wei)除雜率提(ti)(ti)(ti)高(gao)1倍,葦(wei)(wei)片合格率由45%提(ti)(ti)(ti)升至70%,黑(hei)液(ye)波美濃度從(cong)7Be提(ti)(ti)(ti)高(gao)至10Be,黑(hei)液(ye)溫度由70℃提(ti)(ti)(ti)高(gao)至90℃,漂白藥品消耗(hao)降低11.2%,紙(zhi)產品塵埃度降低80%以上,累計節約標煤7800噸/年。項(xiang)目對于推動非木纖(xian)維資(zi)源與(yu)高(gao)得(de)率化機漿(jiang)在我國(guo)造(zao)紙(zhi)行業的(de)應用,促進清潔(jie)生(sheng)產和(he)節能減(jian)排(pai)具(ju)有(you)重大示范(fan)作(zuo)用。(誠通集團供稿)

東航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)集團建成(cheng)自(zi)主航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)放行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)管理體系。近年來,民航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)需求快速(su)增長,給航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空公司帶(dai)來前所未有運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)壓力。航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)起飛(fei)前必須(xu)經過機組(zu)、飛(fei)機、天氣、運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)條件等各(ge)項標準(zhun)的嚴(yan)格(ge)檢(jian)查(cha),僅靠人員經驗和記(ji)憶不(bu)僅增加(jia)工作(zuo)量,而且(qie)影(ying)響簽派放行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)質(zhi)量,加(jia)大了航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)放行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)安(an)全事故的發(fa)生幾(ji)率。因此(ci),研制簽派運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統,以更加(jia)科(ke)技化、信息化、數據化的方式實現航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)放行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、監(jian)控(kong)(kong)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制,對于保障航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空運輸安(an)全、提(ti)高工作(zuo)效率具(ju)有重要意義(yi)。

東(dong)航(hang)(hang)集(ji)團自(zi)2012年起實施航(hang)(hang)班放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)管理(li)系(xi)統建設,開發出一套能夠(gou)滿足東(dong)航(hang)(hang)股份及各分(fen)子公司所(suo)有航(hang)(hang)班放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)業務的自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)統。取得的創新(xin)成果(guo)如(ru)下(xia):一是(shi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模式區(qu)(qu)域化(hua)(hua)(hua)。航(hang)(hang)班任務可(ke)(ke)根據預設區(qu)(qu)域邏輯進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)分(fen)配(pei),簽(qian)派放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)由(you)原來的“航(hang)(hang)線(xian)復(fu)雜(za)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、類別(bie)分(fen)散(san)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”變(bian)為“航(hang)(hang)線(xian)單(dan)一化(hua)(hua)(hua)、類別(bie)集(ji)中化(hua)(hua)(hua)”,實現了放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模式從“分(fen)散(san)模式”向(xiang)“區(qu)(qu)域模式”轉變(bian),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)效(xiao)率約7%,在(zai)國(guo)內屬于首(shou)創。二是(shi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)資(zi)料電子化(hua)(hua)(hua)。放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)資(zi)料業務流程由(you)傳(chuan)統的人(ren)工配(pei)送(song)向(xiang)電子放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)全(quan)面(mian)(mian)轉變(bian),從簽(qian)派員(yuan)生成放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)資(zi)料到飛行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)員(yuan)簽(qian)收僅(jin)僅(jin)需要3分(fen)鐘(zhong),大(da)大(da)縮短了配(pei)送(song)時間(jian),降(jiang)低了因資(zi)料配(pei)送(song)錯漏或延遲導致航(hang)(hang)班延誤的可(ke)(ke)能性。三是(shi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)校驗自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。利用大(da)數據技術對機(ji)組、飛機(ji)、環(huan)境、規(gui)章、批(pi)復(fu)等39項(xiang)因素進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逐項(xiang)、組合和交(jiao)叉檢查,自(zi)動(dong)(dong)識(shi)別(bie)不(bu)符合運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)標(biao)準航(hang)(hang)班,協助簽(qian)派人(ren)員(yuan)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)資(zi)料準確性。整個過程僅(jin)需幾秒(miao)鐘(zhong),既確保放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)安全(quan),又提(ti)高(gao)(gao)放(fang)(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)效(xiao)率。四是(shi)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)圖(tu)形化(hua)(hua)(hua)。在(zai)民航(hang)(hang)系(xi)統首(shou)次實現氣象報文解析,可(ke)(ke)根據機(ji)場(chang)、跑道運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)標(biao)準拆分(fen)出紅(hong)、橙、藍等不(bu)同級別(bie)告警信息,起到多圖(tu)合一的圖(tu)形化(hua)(hua)(hua)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)效(xiao)果(guo),在(zai)圖(tu)形疊加(jia)和動(dong)(dong)態(tai)展示等技術運用方面(mian)(mian)處(chu)于業內領先水平。

項目研究成果(guo)可有效(xiao)(xiao)滿足(zu)中國民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)對(dui)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空公司安(an)全生產(chan)的要求,將為旅客提供一(yi)個更為安(an)全、高效(xiao)(xiao)的出行(xing)環境。下一(yi)步(bu),東航(hang)(hang)(hang)集團(tuan)將繼續沿(yan)著(zhu)自(zi)主創新的道路,加強與相(xiang)關(guan)單位(wei)合(he)作(zuo),通過技術與業務(wu)(wu)完美融合(he),將東航(hang)(hang)(hang)簽派運(yun)行(xing)監(jian)控系統打(da)造成為民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)相(xiang)關(guan)業務(wu)(wu)標桿(gan),引(yin)領(ling)民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)簽派業務(wu)(wu)模式升級轉變。(東航(hang)(hang)(hang)集團(tuan)供稿(gao))
